Our Story

We, Neil and Neil, have been friends since elementary school. Life took us down different professional paths, but brought us back together in Port au Prince in 2010 during the aftermath of the devastating Haiti earthquake. Amidst the outpouring of generosity, we noticed opportunities to help donors, charities, and companies better coordinate their efforts.

We started with DonateDouble to solve the first piece of the puzzle, employer matching. We re-branded as Amply and attempted to keep pace with Double the Donation, but ultimately we could not compete with the corporate powerhouse they became. So we have now come full circle and are returning to our roots as DonateDouble, but we are going one step further. DonateDouble will be a nonprofit organization serving the small to medium organizations that cannot afford other options.

Daniel & Savannah Le Geek,

Full Stack Developer & Client Support

Powerhouse married couple Daniel & Savannah bring a combined 35 years of experience in technology and customer service. Daniel, who joined DonateDouble in 2017, is a full stack developer and all around geek. Savannah is a customer support guru with tech skills to match. Playfully called the “Everything Else” Department, she is the first point of contact for all of our clients and is always ready to help. Together, they ensure that our technology runs smoothly and our clients are always satisfied.
